Hypnotherapy
I like to think of the mind as land.
Like land, whatever we plant, we will reap the harvest of that seed. Take a moment to ask yourself this question “what seeds do I plant into my mind daily? What thoughts and feelings am I nourishing right now?".
The reason why hypnotherapy is so powerful is that it deals with your subconscious mind. Did you know that by the time we are thirty-five we live 95% of our lives from it? The subconscious mind is like a vault that stores all your beliefs, memories, and internal programs. To change we must access the subconscious mind to deal with those hindering inner beliefs and rewrite redundant programs that unconsciously control our lives.
Why Hypnotherapy?
Reprograms your subconscious mind
Under Hypnosis we access a Theta brain wave which creates a perfect hypnotic trance. When under this suggestible state, we can create new neural pathways in the brain.
Regulates the nervous system
Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting peace of mind and homeostasis.
Pain relief
The body has a network of intelligence that is connected to the mind, hypnosis can promote healing by using the power of suggestion to promote healing.

Addiction
Research has proved that hypnosis can be highly beneficial for quitting smoking, gambling, alcoholism, and drug abuse. By dealing with the root cause of the addiction we can change the meaning behind the habit.
Hypnotherapy is not the theatrical form of hypnosis you see on stages, I certainly
cannot make you dance like a chicken ha!
Clinical hypnosis is much different, it has been approved for use by the British Medical Association since 1955. It is carried out in a therapeutic setting and the main aim is to bring about transformation in your life. It is a form of therapy which enables you to use your conscious and subconscious mind. Doing the inner work with the subconscious allows you to focus your attention internally, re-accessing the unconscious vault where your belief systems reside. Helping you to overcome your limiting beliefs and understand your patterns of thinking, assisting you in behaving in a better way.
